Your Trainer - Jason Lane
Jason graduated from MTSU in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is also certified through the American College of Sports Medicine. For fifteen years he has successfully trained the elite athlete as well as those looking to become healthier. He is also experienced in physical therapy, special populations and in neurological disorders while keeping himself in top condition through Mixed Martial Arts training. Jason’s passion is helping others reach their health and fitness goals whether just beginning a fitness program or you’ve been exercising for a lifetime. He lives his beliefs; that hard work and sacrifice is the tuition for success.
