Customized Nutrition Plan
Deciding what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat can be exhausting.
We are each made differently and have different needs, so what we will do is
spend 30 minutes on the phone together talking about your goals and
current dietary habits.
You will get a daily checklist and accountability concerning how many calories to eat and
how that looks when it comes to vegetables, fruit, carbs, etc.
There will be weekly 15 min virtual follow up sessions to track progress.
