Option to Participate in Full Fitness Testing-
this one hour individual test of Strength, Heart Rate, Cardio VO2, Flexibility,
Body Composition and Nutritional Habits will provide you with an 8 page
Report on your current strengths and areas to improve. Coach Christopher
will go over your report with you to help you take advantage of all
your strengths and how to continue to improve in all areas.
